What Makes Us Different

What We Don't Do

Being clear about what we don't do matters as much as what we do. We don't handle hazardous waste — motor oil, pesticides, herbicides, chemical solvents, and similar materials require licensed hazardous waste disposal that we're not equipped to provide. We don't haul asbestos-containing materials — if your pre-1980 Salem home has material you suspect contains asbestos, you need a licensed abatement contractor before removal. We don't remove live trees or cut up large downed trees — those require arborist services.

We'll tell you clearly at the walkthrough if anything in your load falls outside our capabilities, and we'll point you toward the right resource. We'd rather give you that information upfront than leave you with a partial job.

How We Work

Every job starts with a walkthrough — either on-site or, for simple single-item jobs, over the phone. We give you a written quote that itemizes what we're taking, how we'll dispose of it, and the total cost. Once you approve the quote, we schedule the haul for the earliest available window that works for you. On the day of the job, our crew arrives in the scheduled window, does the work, sweeps the area, and leaves you with a clean space. We don't bill you more than the written quote unless the scope has materially changed from what we assessed — and in that case, we stop and confirm with you before proceeding.
