These Terms of Service govern your use of salemorjunkpros.com and your engagement of junk removal services from Salem OR Junk Pros. By using this website or booking service, you agree to these terms.

Services

Salem OR Junk Pros provides junk removal, hauling, and related services in Salem, Oregon and the surrounding Willamette Valley area. All services are performed subject to a written quote provided before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided in writing before work begins and are based on the volume and composition of material described or observed during the walkthrough. The quoted price covers labor, haul, and applicable disposal fees. If the actual volume or composition of material materially differs from what was quoted, we will stop work and provide a revised quote before proceeding. We do not add line items after loading without prior customer approval.

Customer Responsibilities

• You must have the legal right to dispose of all materials you ask us to haul.
• You must disclose any known hazardous materials, asbestos-containing materials, or regulated substances before the walkthrough. We do not haul hazardous waste, asbestos, motor oil, pesticides, or other regulated materials.
• You are responsible for ensuring items designated to remain are clearly separated from items to be hauled before our crew arrives.
• You must ensure safe access to the work area for our crew and equipment.

Materials We Do Not Haul

We do not haul: hazardous waste, motor oil, pesticides, herbicides, chemical solvents, asbestos-containing materials, biohazardous or infectious materials, explosives, radioactive materials, or any regulated substance requiring a licensed hazardous waste handler. Discovery of such materials on a job site may result in work stoppage and a revised quote.

Liability

Salem OR Junk Pros carries commercial general liability insurance. Our liability for incidental damage during a job is limited to the value of the damaged item as reasonably assessed. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural conditions, items not properly disclosed as fragile or valuable, or customer instructions that we followed in good faith.

We are not liable for materials removed that you later determine should not have been included, if those materials were presented to our crew as part of the haul.

Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled job at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a trip charge for crew and vehicle costs already committed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes arising from service engagements shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Marion County, Oregon courts.
